Enhancing Maternal Care for Black Women

Enrich Health is on a mission to address the alarming health disparities faced by black pregnant women. Our co-founders, Andrea Lee and Monique Rainford, bring decades of experience and a shared commitment to improving healthcare for women of color.

Our Services

Enrich health will transform the health of mothers and their babies and close the health disparities gap. We will provide state of the art, evidenced-based, holistic prenatal care that America needs.

Group visits are central to our model. Group visits provide social support and extensive education, which have been proven to be key drivers of maternal health.

We will deliver care through traditional physical centers as well as community spaces conveniently located near women’s residences.

  • Black women are 2 times more likely to suffer from severe complications.

  • Black babies have over a 50% higher likelihood of being born prematurely.

    Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale School of Medicine

    Board certified in Ob/Gyn; >20 years’ experience

    Award winning graduate of Harvard and University of Pennsylvania

    More than 10 years leadership experience

Enrich Health understands that now more than ever Black women need a village to help ensure the success of their pregnancies. Our team, your village, will include obstetricians, midwives, doulas, lactation consultants, wellness experts and community liaisons. Opening in September, we will address your preconception, pregnancy and postpartum needs.
